This project involved a complete renovation and expansion of a former post-and-beam carriage house, with the original structure carefully preserved and integrated into the new design. The home reflects a refined Shingle Style aesthetic, highlighted by a Western Red Cedar roof and copper leaders and gutters.

Custom-color Marvin Style windows and doors complement the exterior palette, while the interiors were fully reimagined to deliver clean, bright, and contemporary living spaces that honor the home’s architectural origins.
