- The kitchen island is complete with a 3″ custom concrete countertop.
- The kitchen is illuminated with natural light by a roof lantern “skylight”.
- Stone fireplace with flanking built in benches and bookcases.
- Mudroom with built in cabinetry with lockers and a high gloss finish.
